I prefer the phrase intelligent design rather than evolution, but you do make a good point.
The best way to stop this degeneration is for the unenlightened to take appropriate steps to enter God's fold.
Once everyone is unified under the benevolent guidance of God and his Amarrian Empire, peace will reign.

You may remind me all you like. May I turn remind you that these events took place long ago? While others have moved on, you have not. It might have worked well all those years ago, but now your method of government is obsolete, and you, along with the other Empires, are holding humanity back.
